Socks '&' Pans

Decided to make a trip down to Tanjong Pagar.

Wells, let's start with their interior design. I went there with the thought of "oh maybe the shop would be bigger" and when we arrived at the place...
- It was actually quite small.
- Wasn't able to cater very large group
- A Glass window: Allows you to see the front working area.

This is one unique outlet.
- Fusion of western food with local traditional brewing of coffee and tea.
- Having variety of pizza topping and flavours.
- Mac and Cheese on a dimsum tray
- Pasta bases from aglio, creamy, tomato and creamy tomato (best choice if you couldn't decide between the cream or tomato)
- All dishes in the menu are able to be topped with an additional soft boiled egg.

Moving on,
Ordered 2 plates of pasta with additional soft boil egg and 2 Teh bing which costs a total of  $24.40!

Teh Bing ($2.30/mug) which has a strong tea flavor. Traditionally brewed!

Tried the chicken mushroom creamy tomato ($8.90) with additional soft boiled egg ($1.20),

Really, it was one of the best combo base other than 18chefs and other outlets.
- Creamy and tomato base found themselves a balance which really goes well on the soft pasta!
- Egg yolks flow out and enhances the flavour of the dish.
- Mushroom and chicken was soft and tender.

On the other hand, ham and mushroom tomato base ($8.90) with additional soft boil egg ($1.20),
- This dish was quite normz (normal) to me. Nothing much pretty attracting me.
- Garnishing really make the dish looks good.

It would be a good place to have a nice long conversations! The service is really pleasing and welcoming. I would love to be back to have try their mac and cheese!!
