Atlas Coffee House
The great start of a long holiday break!
What i like about this cafe is that their portion of food is big and generous. Ordered the Summer Chicken Stew ($17) and an ice latte ($5.5).
For chicken stew,
Why not have a great cuppa and satisfying food cravings?
Altas coffee House, booming with people no matter if it's a weekday or a weekend.
Loving this navy blue, marble, grey furnished walls themed interior design of this cafe.
This cafe has a lovely great ambiance, coffee and food. You get to see a different style of brunch whereby it serves pancakes, stew etc.
Again, because it was overwhelming with people, it was really difficult to move about freely. So, its a wise choice to go early if not you got to queue and wait outside while bracing the hot sunny day.
What i like about this cafe is that their portion of food is big and generous. Ordered the Summer Chicken Stew ($17) and an ice latte ($5.5).
For chicken stew,
Slow roasted chicken thighs with herbed potatoes and carrots served with sundried tomato. Creamy broth and dipping sourdough. First thing first, it was UBER good. I had NEVER had such a great creamy broth that i wouldnt feel sick of it after i finished the meal.
The slow roasted chicken thigh was so well cooked that you could taste the herbs, the creamy broth infused with the meat. The meat was so tender and soft that it literally melts in your mouth and it wasnt that hard to cut at all. The meat would just scatter the moment you gave it a cut.
Sourdough was kind of hard to bite or cut. But if you let it soaked with the broth, it would be much better.
Ice latte,
Strong espresso, well mixed with the milk. I like how the espresso could be tasted so strongly as compared to the one i had at chye seng huat hardware. It was so aromatic. $5.5 is so much worthy than the $7.
I would come back again to have their seductive summer chicken stew.
